The nightlife on Grand Cayman Island is some of the best in the Caribbean. If you are looking for a fun place to toss back a few Caribbean drinks and do some bar-hopping, Grand Cayman has a variety of nightclubs and bars""many located right on the beach.

Paradise Restaurant at Eden Rock is a popular pick in George Town. Located on the waterfront, the restaurant offers good food""and fast. It is located only a few minutes from the cruise ship dock, making it convenient for those stopping by for only a few hours. The menu offers traditional favorites, including fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti bolognese, chicken parmesan and surf and turf. In the evening, enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.

Paradise Restaurant overlooks the famous Eden Rock dive site and a seaside pool. It is also the home to the Abanks Dive Center, where diving and snorkeling equipment are available.



Pirate's Den Pub is one of the original pubs on Grand Cayman. With the pirate ship motif, eating at the pub is much like eating on the galley of a pirate ship. Menu choices include buffalo shrimp or wings, pasta dishes, sandwiches and a selection of entrees. If you're looking for the "it" bar for happy hour, head to Pirate's Den. It is also the place to watch televised sporting events. Pirate's Den is located on Seven Mile Beach.

For a New-York style experience, head to Bed, a chic lounge that offers a selection of tapas, including stuffed mushrooms, potstickers and fried calamari, served by wait staff wearing silk pajamas. Bed is the perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine and share some tapas. Hungrier? Bed offers a selection of entrees as well, including seafood and lamb dishes.

The Lazy Lizard Beachouse Bar and Grill is a popular outdoor bar on Seven Mile Beach. The bar has an easygoing attitude, with hammocks and swings for the enjoyment of its guests. Mingle with the locals, make a few friends and indulge in your favorite cocktail. If you get hungry, the grill offers a selection of traditional and exotic dishes to satisfy any appetite.

If you are looking to party at one of Grand Cayman's nightclubs, check out O Bar, which generally attracts a younger crowd. Listen to some of the latest music and sip on a trendy cocktail in this New York-style club. O Bar opens earlier than most clubs in Grand Cayman and is located on Seven Mile Beach. Other area nightclubs include Matrix and Bobo's Iguana, both along Seven Mile Beach.

Looking for a good laugh? Coconuts Comedy Club, located on Seven Mile Beach is host to a number of international comedians and performers. If you want to guarantee a seat, make reservations in advance.

Legendz is a very popular island nightspot on Seven Mile Beach. They often feature rock bands, comedians and high energy DJ's. If you're looking for live entertainment, stop by Legendz to see whose playing that evening.

More live entertainment can be enjoyed at the Reef Grill and Beach Bar, which features "Coco Red," a calypso, soca and reggae band. If you are looking for some jazz, head to Bamboo on the weekends. On Wednesday nights, their house band, "Hi-Tide" plays current pop favorites.
