There are as many options with modular homes as there are with building homes on site. You can have whatever kind of siding you would like on your modular home. You can have stucco or brick or whatever you would like. Some of the sidings are applied by the manufacturer at the plant, and some of them, like brick, has to be applied once the house is set up on the site. There aren't any limitations as far as material. There are very few limitations on designing modular homes. It used to be case, 15 years ago, but it's certainly not now.
You can add additions to your modular home. Adding an addition to a modular home is the same process for other house. There is nothing that you can't do with a modular home that you could do with the conventional home. The only difference is- it's built in the factory and it's moved one time to the site. Once it's set up on the site and erected, most people wouldn't know the difference. In some cases, you couldn't even find a difference if you wanted to.
We also do condominiums or private buildings. We do commercial buildings. We do doctors' offices. We do banks, and all different types of commercial structures. So, it isn't just limited to residential.
