Most of our hiking and biking is in the mountains. There are so many things to do here - wildlife watching, hunting, fly-fishing, hiking, camping, mountain climbing, rock climbing, cycling, kayaking, river floating. There are several guide companies and places to rent equipment.
There are several fly fishing guides that serve the entire Yellowstone River and ecosystem and beyond. The specialty throughout the streams is blue riven fly-fishing. If you want to go down into Yellowstone Park there are guides that are licensed to take you into the park as well. There is even a fly-fishing casting course that you can take at the Fly-Fishing Discovery Center. Livingston is the home of Dan Bailey, a famous fly fisherman and he has a shop here.
And then there's skiing and snow-mobiling in Yellowstone National Park and other towns in the area. There is lots of cross-country skiing here and if the snow is really good you go dog sledding.
