I like to use a little bit of incense. I put it together myself. It actually gives off of a positive vibration to the environment. I use this when I am doing a home or business clearing. I have some special bells that work with trapped sound energy in people's homes. It actually helps to break up trapped sound vibrations or energy. If somebody yells at you, they're actually throwing out sound vibrations. It is a science. We know that sound has a vibration at a certain rate. I believe sound vibrations can remain in that home and business. The bells help break it up. Sometimes I can't use either of those depending on where I am working.
I can perceive negative spirits if I am in a home. I can see spirits if I need to. Sometimes I have to deal directly with a negative spirit, which basically is an exorcism. Sometimes they go easily. They are just there for frivolous reasons, and there are just creepy spirits. Sometimes there are powerful negative spirits, and there's a confrontation between me and the spirit. I have to forcibly eject the spirit and to a certain extent send it away for good. I do that my containing it in another environment for a while, sort of like a police officer.
