An individual will call Starclear and in each particular case, it is a paranormal investigation. Somebody will tell me they feel there is something negative in their house or business. I work with a lot of businesses. They will give me a rundown of what has happened. The average paranormal investigation will go something like, "What's going in the house?" And they will say, "The children are screaming at night. They say there's something in their room and we haven't really been listening to them, because they're kids. Also, the dog is barking at the same area that the kids are pointing at, and when my husband and I go into that particular room, we get a real cold feeling and a cold sensation. It feels kind of creepy. We don't know what's going on. We think maybe there's something in the house." I will ask them some more questions and try to get to the bottom as much as I can on the phone. Generally, in that kind of situation, I believe their feelings are genuine. They're not telling me that there's a demon in the house or a negative spirit. They're basically saying that they don't feel right in their home.
I make an appointment to go to the house or business. When I go out to a person's home, I take care of the problem. As long as it is metaphysical, as long as it is spiritual in nature, it's something I can do. I would say that 15 percent of the phone calls I get are from people who are confused and/or are not thinking correctly. I have to turn them away. It's a mental issue, a psychological issue. I have a pretty good sense of people, after all these years of practicing this. I go out to the house, and I will do a walk through and they will show me what's happening. I will tell them what I see. And I will take care of it. I have a special ability that I've developed over decades to actually be able to get rid of negative emotional energy. My background is in exorcism.
When I first started my business I only dealt with people who felt there were negative spirits in their home or somehow attached to attacking an individual. As I went along, I also started working with negative emotional energy which is much more common.
