We have many parks, we are very lucky to have so much green space in our city. The City of Mobile has a large Parks and Recreation Department and they have a map of all the parks and recreation areas available in the area. We also have those maps at our welcome center. There are people there to assist you in planning your itinerary while you are here.

Our largest park is probably Lion Park, also known as Municipal Park. It has everything from golf to a museum. There are picnic tables, playgrounds, and also an outdoor amphitheater where the symphony will occasionally play outdoor concerts. There are areas for softball, baseball, tennis, and it also has a little lake with ducks and geese you can feed. It's located right next to the Museum of Art.
