We have dozens of beautiful parks, draped in beautiful live oak trees and Spanish Moss. Fairhope Single Tax Colony Corporation purchased land all along the bay, so we have several parks all along the bay where people can walk along a lit sidewalk which is designed for biking and walking and running. They stroll along sidewalks and take in the beautiful breathtaking sunset. We have hiking and biking trails in the Daphne, Alabama area. Village Point Park Preserve is a huge park that was purchased by the citizens. In that park there are beautiful trails where they can wander through and see the old historic cemetery and see the giant live oak called the Jackson's Oak. They can stroll further into the park and go to the wetlands where they have boardwalks to the wetlands and then they will arrive out into the pristine untouched beach. It is just beautiful with the pier. You can see the beautiful pelicans and the gulls and the jumping fish. Fairhope has an extensive array of parks. So anywhere in Fairhope you will see parks.

We have one park that is in town that is so cool. This has become a popular thing to do across the nation, where the citizens get together and they actually build a park. It's at the Fairhope Birds Park and its just where kids can climb all over and swing and just play with little toys that they put out for them. It's a fun park for the children.
