We have 16 parks. Part of the reason for that is due to our landscaping because we have so many lakes and things like that. But, it is nice to have that many parks. Most of them are family oriented, but not all of them have playgrounds. There are only two that actually have playgrounds, but there are all sorts of different things, some have shuffleboards and some are geared more towards seniors with shuffleboard and lawn bowling and things like that. So it really depends on what park you go to. The only hiking trail that I know of is in Gilbert Park. It is more of a hiking trail and I believe you can't take a bike on it. You can go to the city website and that's www.ci.mount-dora.fl.us. Then they will have the links to their own little areas so we can get the parks from there. The best places to find information about the parks is through the city.
