There are a variety of resources. There are a number of people, the majority of people do use security brokers or financial advisers, but there are at least 30% of investors that choose to do it on their own without necessarily using a stock broker or investing directly, and Vanguard is specialized in serving in particular those investors who make there own choices. We believe that they can gain information and knowledge from investment providers, but then use that as a basis to make their own decisions rather than rely upon the recommendation of a broker or advisor.
