I am glad you asked me that. Before I go on, I just want to mention that if you have your reformer at home, you should check with your instructor first to make sure you are using it right.


We also have the Wunda chair, but sometimes I just call it the wonder chair, because it makes more sense in English. It can work wonders for your abs. We have an exercise called the pike. It's like a forward fold where you lift your legs up and try and stand upright. A pregnant mommy is probably not interested in doing a hand stand, of course, but in the pike, you press your hands on the chair on the top of the seat and your feet on the foot bar. Then you actually raise your bottom up into the air. Some certifications call it the clam.
