Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

Pork chops with rice and onion tempt your palate in this appetizing dish.

4 pork chops

4 thin slices onion

1/4 cup uncooked rice

2 pound can tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown chops in oiled skillet. Place chops in casserole dish and top with onions, rice and tomatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and seal tightly. Bake for 90 minutes.
