I think the biggest thing that we do differently is that we have what's called the six-point system of positive changes. That means that we don't just do one thing. We use six different methods of hypnosis or processes.


The first is a personal session where we would sit down with a client, ask questions, and then create for them a personalized process that is uniquely different. Most hypnotists will never record their sessions so that their clients can take them home. Every personal session that a client would attend at Positive Changes is recorded onto a CD for them. The next step is teaching wellness coaching, which is a way to motivate clients to keep them going and get them more actively involved in their personal change or evolution. We have a system which I developed called the hypno-acceleration system. A client would listen to one of our 300 different pre-recorded processes each week using a dual voice induction, which might be a little hard for the listener to understand, but they are designed so that the right and left brain both get information at the same time. We have a 13 week course at the center we called hypnohealth which teaches somebody how their body chemistry works with food to lose weight. The sixth item is conscious learning as well as subconscious learning. We created a 26 week series called mind mastery that deals with things like how to turn procrastination into motivation. It's a 25 to 40 minute CD for the car.
