I have heard many catchy phrases over the years. I think it's just a gimmick, but for the record, I am not calling everything with the word 'power' in it a gimmick. When you're trying to market a product, you put all sorts of catchy words in front of it. Power Pilates is just a way of saying the class is more challenging. You might have to use some psychology with the clients who think, "I don't want to be doing the same thing as Mary Jane, because I am stronger than she." Saying that we have power reformer class is basically for the clients who have been coming for a while and just want a little extra. They think it's more advanced. It's all the same, but we have just marketed it differently. Sometimes people won't try something depending on what it's called.
