That can vary so greatly. In some areas it can be as little as $35. I would say the national average is probably around $50-$60. And again you see people on the very low end that are new students or in an area that has so many massage schools with hundreds of new therapists coming out of school every year. In order for them to be competitive and realize that they are pretty inexperienced their rates may be anywhere from $35-$45 whereas the seasoned practitioner who has a good reputation, a lot of years of experience, a lot of training and a certification behind their name could be in the area of $75 to as much as $100 per hour.
