Send your complete name and mailing address and a letter asking to have your name removed from their mailing list to:

For Telemarketing
Send your name and number and a letter asking to have your number removed from their mailing list to:
Telephone Preference Service Direct Marketing Association P.O. Box 9014 Farmingdale, NY 11735
After you have your name removed from these lists, simply send a postcard to the companies which still have you on their databases. It only costs a few cents and will save a lot of paper and trips to the garbage bin!
