Quick And Easy Holiday Recipes: Pea Casserole Recipe

Try this tempting pea casserole recipe to spice up your meals!

2 can peas, drained

2 boiled eggs,sliced

1 can mushroom soup

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

Combine clove of garlic and mushroom soup; set aside for 2 hours. In casserole dish, layer peas, eggs, cheese, 1/2 soup mixture and repeat. Top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4-6.
