This no-bake oatmeal chocolate cookie recipe is great for making in the summertime.
2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
3 cups oatmeal
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Boil sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa for one minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Cool.
