Try Inkjet and Toner Refills in you're located in New York City. They feature cartridges for all types of printers made by Canon, Dell, HP and others. In addition, they offer a report on how to save 50 percent on your printing costs right on their website. They are located in downtown Manhattan. You can also call them at (212) 777-6600.

Explore Cartridge World, another retailer selling refilled ink cartridges in the New York City area. They also remanufacture empty toner cartridges for both laser and inkjet printers, photocopiers and faxes with brand-specific ink and toner (see Resources below).

Visit your local Walgreens drug store if you live upstate. They have a program for refilling print cartridges (see Resources below).
