The north side of Tahoe is about 30 minutes away from Reno. The north side of Tahoe is in the same county as Reno. They are in Warsaw County. South Lake Tahoe is on the California side. We are at the tip of Arizona. The population is 350,000. It's prominently a Caucasian and Hispanic population. Reno Tahoe International Airport is located here. We have a booming western arts and cultural district as well. There are 31 museums and The Nevada Museum of Art is the only accredited fine arts museum in the whole state of Nevada. Reno-Tahoe is America's venture place; we do offer a 24 hours "play all day and night" atmosphere. There is the club and casino side and the outdoor adventure side. We are having a huge downtown redevelopment project that is going on right now. There are a lot of buildings that have been torn down, rebuilt, and re-landscaped. A lot of the old casinos are being turned into retro condominiums. We are not like Vegas at all; it's very homegrown here.
