Two of the most popular places to eat are the Sand Bar and the Beach House. Both are right on the beach and have a nightly sunset ritual. They have live entertainment in a nice family atmosphere as well as a lot of weddings and receptions right on the beach. Another more low-key place is called the Sun House. They have a nightly ritual called the Green Flash Ritual. Supposedly when there is a perfect sunset, people wait to see a green flash just as the sun goes down. They have a gong as well, so as soon as the sun goes down, they bang the gong and everybody gets a complementary drink called the Great Green Flash and then they all sing "You Are My Sunshine." It's fun because it's just so out of the norm. You would never see something like that in New York or Chicago.
