Try this tempting rhubarb cake recipe to spice up your meals!
3 c rhubarb
1 1/2 c water
1 c sugar
1 3-oz pkg red jello
1 yellow cake mix
2 c miniature marshmallows
Bring water and sugar to a boil and add to rhubarb. Mix cake mix as directed on package, adding remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
