Self Raising Flour Recipe

A quick and easy method to make your own self-raising flour - for the days when you desperately need this type of flour and you forgot to buy a packet.

INGREDIENTS

500 grams flour

20 ml Crème-of-Tartar

10 ml Bicarbonate of Soda

Sift all the ingredients together four times and then seal tightly in a clean container until needed.
