Step 1
Find a florist in your area or go online to order through an online source such as flowers.com. Ask important questions, such as the types of flowers and arrangements they carry, whether or not their florists are experienced, if they offer a dead-on arrival refund and any other questions that come to mind.
-
Step 2
Choose the type of flower or arrangement, the color and the quantity you want to order. If there are any special requests, make sure to request them at this time. If you are on a budget, ask beforehand what the price is for each order so there are no surprises later.
-
Step 3
Give the clerk the recipient's address, a description of the person, a time frame for delivery and what you wish the greeting card to say. If you want it to be a secret, make sure to let the florist know not to write your name on the delivery.

Step 4
Pay for the order and wait for the arrangement to arrive at your recipient's address. Once your order is paid for, there should be no problems with the delivery. In case there are, immediately call the customer service number and request they provide the service you paid for. If possible, arrange an alternative delivery time if they missed delivery. If they cannot accommodate that, then request a refund.
