    • Step 2

      Type in basic information about yourself, including your name and email address. Click "Submit."

      Check your email for your confirmation from the service.
    • Step 4

      Read your confirmation email to gather the phone number that conference users will call and the access code they need to access your specific conference call. Many conference call services also offer the option of recording a conference call. The email will outline the recording information you need to know.
    • Step 5

      Tell all those who will participate in your conference call to dial the number given at a date and time of your choosing. Give them the access code they will need to access the conference call.
