We have wonderful shopping. We are especially proud of our historic downtown area. We are fortunate to have a Main Street Eufaula Program. In the last six years, we have moved from being about 67% occupied in our downtown area to 96% occupied. Most of those are unique, original, retail stores. We have a lot of Atlanta tourists and these people come into these stores and then they will come and tell me they can't find stores like this in Atlanta. It becomes kind of crazy when people are coming from Atlanta to shop in Eufaula. And of course that's for anything from wedding stuff to clothes and jewelry. We have two wonderful jewelry stores. One is Alabama's oldest jewelry store and it's been around hundreds of years. It just has incredible things in it. We have a place called Lasting Impressions and they sell gowns and cocktail dresses. Most of the people come from all over the place to come here because our price point is so great on things. You know we have quality merchandise for just incredible prices; you just can't lose. It's a great place to shop. We really focus on our downtown shopping in Eufaula. I can find more here for better price than I could ever find in a mall. I think it's a wonderful shopping situation as well as antique furniture. If you name it, you can pretty much find it here.
