It needs to clearly state every material and finished product that's going to be used. It needs to clearly state the warranties. It is a contract. Any loose end questions that the homeowner has should be resolved to their satisfaction before the contract is signed. It's more important, in many ways, to study the contract rather than just to study the contractor.
