There is the National Association of Home Builders. This association has a council called the Building Systems Council. Most modular home manufacturers are members of this association. So, this is a good place to start. Get on line and find out who the local manufacturers would be for the area. After that, I would contact several of those manufacturers, find out who are the builders are that handle their products in that area, and go look at some of the homes they have done. Talk to them to sort of evaluate the process. Most of the manufacturers, if not all, offer factory tours. We have model homes at the factories so people can go through the models. They can see how there homes will look like. They can see how the homes are built at each stage. We will go through the whole process.
The industry represents about 6% of new home construction. Its benefits have been seen for sometime. Now, there are some regions where modular homes are growing very rapidly.
