With just an ordinary bathroom cleaner, the same stuff you use to clean your bath or sink with.
Just use a spray cleaner and an ordinary cleaning sponge. You can also use a slightly abrasive scrub to get off any sort of ingrained soap.
Don't use grainy cleaners like Comet, or VIM. That might scratch the tiles. Yeah, do not use that especially if they are the kind of hand painted tiles with a cheap finish. Those are painted with an on-glaze or Transfer. Comet or VIM would scratch them. Mine would not get scratched by that, but I would not really recommend it.
