We do in fact have many of the Broadway shows actually start here on a pre-testing period before they head over to New York. That is kind of exciting. There are a couple of really great theaters here. The Wang Center for Performing Arts is one of them and they just opened the opera house, which has been completely restored. It is well over 100 years old and we just had an extended run of the Lion King play there and there are great shows all the time. An interesting tip for visitors is that you don't necessarily have to buy tickets for the events if you are planning a trip to Boston. You can go to half a price ticket booths. They are called Bostix booths and there is one in Faneuil Hall and there is one in Copley Plaza. You can buy half priced tickets on the day of the show, just like half-price ticket booths in New York City. You're not out of luck if you have no problem buying tickets from scalpers. If we are playing the Yankees, you can have a hard time getting tickets for that. In general, you do want to buy those well in advance. I would say every single game in Fenway Parks sells out. It is not a large park, which is a part of what makes it great, it is very old. I think they seat probably 33,000 - 34,000 people, but it is always sold out. I do notice people are selling tickets on the street. But I certainly wouldn't want to recommend that anyone do that.
