Here's a quick and easy recipe for a tasty Italian Spaghetti Sauce.
1 green pepper
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 bay leaf
1 whole clove
1 sprig parsley
2 quarts of tomatoes or 1 quart puree
Dice pepper, onion, celery, and garlic and cook until tender in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer slowly until sauce is thick.
Serve over pasta of your choice.
