We have the NCAA final four till 2039 on a rotating basis. So last year we hosted the mens final four, and this coming year we will host the women's final four. Then the coaches association will be here every five years. It like rotates so within a five year period we have the men's final four, the women's final four, the coaches association, preliminary-round games of the Division I Men's and Women's Basketball Championships and then we will have a year off. And then it starts all over again for the next five years. This will go on till 2039 and that's a huge thing because we have never done that before. Generally you bid each year, but because the NCAA moved its headquarters here a few years ago, they have decided to rotate the final four. We are building the new multipurpose stadium that will house several conventions, games the final fours and several music events and other things too.
