Try this tempting strawberry salad recipe to spice up your meals!
2 pkg strawberry jello
3 c boiling water or pineapple juice
1 qt frozen strawberries
2 15-oz cans chunk pineapple drained
1/2 c pecans
1/2 pt sour cream
Make jello. Add frozen berries. Hotj ello will then thaw frozen berries and jello will begin to set. Add pineapple. Pour 1/2 mixture in 9x12 inch dish. Let set in freezer. Spread sour cream over set mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Add remaining jello mixture. Let set until firm.
