Stress certainly has an effect on sleep, your ability to fall asleep ability to stay asleep. Stress effects people in a multitude of different ways and it's usually a unique issue for the individual. I am often amazed by how few people who theoretically should be very stressed are not patients of ours. We don't see a lot of CEOs of companies. We don't see a lot of CFOs of companies you know so consequently you know if you took stress being the reason why people had certain symptoms it would seen that people in our society who are under the most pressure should have the most symptoms.
