Meditating, reducing our caffeine intake are additional ways we can help reduce stress. A long, hot undisturbed bath has been known to work wonders. Just indulge yourself with something you enjoy. Reading a good book, swimming, there are many ways simple hobbies help reduce anxiety contributing to stress. Sometimes, just being engrossed in something just for the pleasure can make your troubles seem so far away. Sex with your husband, or wife is another good stress release.
