An unusual meal, this stuffed french toast recipe is sure to be a hit with everyone!
12 slices fresh white bread
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup milk
8 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons syrup
1 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Take off the bread crusts and cut bread into small cubes. Taking a glass baking pan (about 9x9) make a layer of some of the bread, then cover that layer with the cream cheese. Then add another layer of bread. In a pot mix and heat the other ingredients (low heat). Pour this mixture over the bread and cover entire baking pan with plastic wrap and bake for about one hour. Serve hot.
