There is no cure for allergies, but you can be treated and you can learn to cope with it. People with allergies don't need to be cured. Allergy patients' immune systems are perfectly valid as far as taking care of virus and bacteria but their immune system is so powerful and hyperactive that it starts attacking things that shouldn't be attacked like foods or pollen. The immune system is supposed to attack bacteria and viruses. Someone who has an impaired immune system is in danger and is frequently sick. In respect to people with allergies, the immune system is not useful. We don't want to build up their immune system. We want to train it to only react to the things that it should react to.
