Not at all, it is pretty much the same. The timeshare is one part of the vacation rental equation. It's the definition I would say. The timeshare is the system for sharing ownership. It could be a vacation home or condominium in which each of the joint purchasers can occupy the unit during a specific time period each year. Most of our vacation rental type inventory is with property management companies. Property management companies are companies that act as a liaison between the landlord and the renter. These property management companies that represent owners are responsible for not only helping owner's rent their units, but also responsible for collecting rent, cleaning and repairing problems in the unit. They also have the advertisements on behalf of their homeowners and then we have three types of properties. There are also major hotel chains that have moved into the suite, condo and villa market. A the number of those are timeshare situations, but again we are only involved in rentals and people really don't seem to be too concerned whether they are going into a timeshare property or property management type property or suite type property, as long as there are rating standards and the renters expectations are met.
