The peak seasons are the summer, generally May through August. In the spring (March and April), we have a lot of spring events and Easter related activities and people who just traditionally have come here in that time of the year. The slowest times of the year are September and probably January. There's no major change in prices for lodging, actually. The hotels here maintain pretty much the same rate. There may be a slight change but again economy is something that's often been stressed here, so you are always looking for that quality experience but at an affordable price. It would run from $70-$250 a night. The $250 would be the upper-end hotels; the Casa Monica and that sort of things. The vast majority of rooms are somewhere between $70 and $140.
