There are but I think they need to be done by a certified psychologist that specializes in children or adults that specializes in self-esteem. The problem with the testing is that there are always fallacies and pitfalls. And if a person's self-esteem is low, they waver from day-to-day and their test may vary. On one day it may be soaring because they have had some experience where they felt great about themselves, but the next day it may plummet. It's a very difficult thing to measure and like most tests, there are always pitfalls for what you are actually measuring. You may measure where they are right now, but are you measuring their capacity to have a high self-esteem or to feel good about themselves. The goal is to find out what you need to correct, not use it as a tool. It should just be used as a tool to better oneself instead of others.
