It is abstract. It is a free flowing energy that comes from the universe. Its aura comes from nature. It is something that is in all living things and flows in us. It is something we need to have enough of in order to stay alive and healthy. I can't really say what it is exactly but, it is energy. I don't really know why it is here or the origin. A dedicated scientist could find that out but there is a shortage of them. People from those fields tend to write off alternative ideas and methods as a hoax. Just because it hasn't been discovered before doesn't mean it doesn't exist now.
