There are a couple of different theories on that one. I have to go back to it being a personal preference. Scientifically they say morning is better, but you have to go with when you're going to be able to stick to it. Some people don't like to workout after 6 o'clock because they have so much energy it's hard to go to bed. And other people like to come in and workout right before I close because they say it helps them sleep. So, it really is a personal preference, doing it when it's best for you and your individual schedule and habits. If you're not a morning person, you won't want to exercise till afternoon but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't exercise. I think whenever you're going to get there to exercise is the best time for you.
