No one ever complains about oily skin on their arms or legs. It's mostly oily facial skin we worry about, so I would use a product with anti-sebum properties. Sebum basically is the oil that your skin produces naturally. We just like to name things with fancy words so that no one knows what we are talking about. I have found it in over-the-counter washing products containing benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or glycolic acid. If those fail, I would see the dermatologist, because there are also prescriptions out there. Oily skin is very difficult to address, because a lot of it deals with hormones and your internal functions rather than what you do to the outside of your skin.
