Try this tempting Christy salad recipe to spice up your holiday meals!
2 3-oz pkg strawberry jello
2 c boiling water
2 c cold water
2 bananas sliced
1 c miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Add boiling water to jello. Stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients. Chill until set. Then spread topping.
Topping:
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 pkg dream whip
1/2 c pineapple juice
1 tbsp flour
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese
Combine sugar, juice, egg, flour and butter. Cook until thick, Stir in cream cheese. Cool. Add whipped dream whip. Chill.
