Step 1
Make sure the computer and projector are turned off. Connect the VGA input/output cable to the projector. Screw the cable in place with the small nobs on the side. Check the power cord and make sure that it can reach a power source without getting in the way. Ideally the cord should run against the floor to a power supply under the table.

Step 2
Turn your computer tower around and unplug the monitor from the VGA slot by unscrewing the nobs and gently removing the plug. Insert the VGA cable connected to the projector into the monitor slot and screw in place.

Step 3
Turn on the projector and adjust the legs so that the image is projecting straight and level. Turn on the computer and after it boots up you should see your desktop displayed on the wall or screen. If it is blurry or out of focus turn the the cylinder around the lens until the image comes into focus.

Step 4
Place the projector somewhere that is not directly interfering with your meeting. A good place is in the middle of the table, leaving enough room on all sides for people to take notes. You can also get a wireless keyboard and bring that to the podium with you so that you can change slides or PowerPoint pages easily from the place that you are speaking.
