How to Use a DermaWand for Pimples

By Geoffrey Weed

  • Overview

Those who suffer from moderate to severe acne can sometimes feel trapped in their own skin. Many are willing to do almost anything to get rid of the pimples. The DermaWand is a product that can effectively help those with acne control their outbreaks and clear up their skin. While the results of the DermaWand are only temporary, when used regularly it can improve the condition of the user's skin.
The DermaWand can help even those who suffer from severe acne.
    • Step 1

Plug in the DermaWand and allow it to fully charge before using it. It may take up to 3 or 4 hours for the device to fully charge.
    • Step 2

Wash your face thoroughly with warm water and facial soap. Make sure that your face is totally clean to ensure that you get optimal results from the DermaWand.

    • Step 3

Pat your face dry with a clean towel and make absolutely sure that it dries completely before proceeding further.
    • Step 4

Apply a thin layer of facial moisturizer to your face in all areas that you intend to treat with the DermaWand. Pay special attention to the most sensitive areas of your skin and to the areas that have the most pimples.
    • Step 5

Remove the bulb cap and set your DermaWand to the lowest setting of 1 (if this is your first time using the Dermawand), or to whatever setting you normally use.
    • Step 6

Massage the bulb of the DermaWand across the moisturized area of your face in small circular motions. You will experience a unique sensation and, if done properly, the bulb will begin to glow. Continue massaging your face with the DermaWand for 3 to 5 minutes.
    • Skill: Easy
    • Ingredients:
    • Facial soap
    • Warm water
    • Towel
    • Moisturizer
    • Tip: For best results you should use the DermaWand once or twice a day.
    • Warning:
    • Begin your DermaWand treatments on the lowest setting and slowly work your way up to higher settings over time. Find your comfort level (the highest level you can comfortably stand to apply) and then continue to use that setting in the future. Exceeding your comfort level or using too high a setting can be painful and will likely discourage you from using the product as often as necessary.
