The diabetic plan is especially formulated for people suffering from diabetes, and the vegetarian plan is specifically made for those who don't eat meat.

Customize a personal breakfast, lunch and dinner plan. You can decide which types of foods you'd like to eat for every meal of the day. You can choose from a variety of meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For example, you can choose a blueberry muffin for breakfast, fettuccine for lunch and beef tacos for dinner. Make sure to customize your meal plan for the next 28 days.

Have the Nutrisystem meals delivered to your home. After you have customized your meal plan, place your order for the Nutrisystem meals by providing your billing and shipping information. The monthly meal plan costs between $30 and $350. You can also select the auto delivery option or choose to have the meals delivered on a month by month basis.

Combine the meals with other healthy choices that fit into your personalized meal plan. You can supplement your Nutrisystem diet with healthy snacks that you buy from the grocery store or market.
