You know there are some private organizations that give out water conservation grants but most of the grants that I have seen have come from federal or state agencies. Most water resource programs are being done in the public domain. It just depends on how you're state is set up, what might be available to you, but it would also be important to look at some of the federal water agencies. The EPA sometimes may offer grants of some type; the Federal Bureau of Reclamation offers grant moneys to some of their programs; and then individual states sometimes make moneys available. It's a big issue, not only in major dessert cities like Las Vegas and California communities and Arizona comminutes, but small towns sometimes have the greatest challenges of all.

So in many cases they have very small infrastructure, they haven't been doing a lot of planning and the West is booming so what used to be a little sleepy town of 5 or 10,000 people is beginning to grow. And adding a thousand people to a town like that is an enormous growth surge for them, so having their infrastructure, their water resources and their water quality, they have to develop the systems within their own utility to be able to offer enough resources within their agency to handle these surges of growth. Now my agency's fortunate in the sense that we have been doing this for a very long time. Las Vegas has been growing in a fairly rapid rate for several decades and so our agency is equipped to be able to deal with that.
