We definitely have four seasons here. We're in the mid to high 90s most of the time in the summertime. We always have sunshine, and in fact, we average 300 days of sunshine every year. It's hot, but it's very cool in the shade. Everything is green here in the summer. The fall is absolutely beautiful with the leaves changing from green to yellow to orange, and then to red. Mornings start out crisp and brisk, and then we're back up in the 80s again by the afternoon. In the wintertime we get snowfall, but it's nothing that will last longer than couple of days. Springtime is great with everything starting to turn green again. It's almost as beautiful as the fall. It's cool in the morning and then a bit warmer by the afternoon.
