If you are eating a muffin it is a matter of just making sure you are getting in some of the major nutrients, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. In just eating the muffin, which is predominantly going to be carbohydrates and juice, you really haven't taken in any quality fat or proteins that your body needs. Your body needs all the nutrients in some form or other.

The body's functioning is the reason that we need all three nutrients in some form. You want to make sure you at least you get some form of that. If you don't like eggs, you have to make modifications. Maybe you enjoy cottage cheese instead because cottage cheese has added benefit. It's a slow digesting protein.

Another limiting factor we have to really understand is what the client enjoys and what they are not going to do because your will power will take you so far. It has to be things that you enjoy already modifications that what you can really realistically do and then small changes of which look long-term. Even if you should lose one pound a week, ultimately if you stay consistent that could be 52 pounds at end of the year. The biggest problem is the lack of consistency. That's one of the underlying commonalities for people who are unsuccessful, the lack of consistency. We just stay consistent in one plan that is going to best suit your personal preferences, maintained with the type of nutrients you need and activity. You can train in the flexibility training that your body needs and it's a matter of long-term consistency, which yields the best results.
