Yummy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

An easy and quick chocolate mousse recipe that is sure to make the most finnicky mouth happy!

INGREDIENT PER SERVING

5 small blocks of plain chocolate

1 egg

1 Tablespoon of castor sugar

1 teaspoon butter

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat.

Separate the yolk and white of the egg.

Add the sugar to the yolk and beat until fluffy.

Beat the egg white until stiff and peaks form.

Stir the chocolate into the egg yolk mixture. Add the softened butter and stir gently.

Lastly fold the egg whites into the mixture.

Place in the refrigerator until needed.

VARIATIONS

Use white milk chocolate instead of normal milk chocolate.
